"Kailua Ironmen"

Congratulations to all 5 of our NHCC paddling crews, who competed and completed today's Kailua Bay Men's Iron Challenge.

A special thank you to Kailua Canoe Club for a great race and the ono grindz' afterward.
Coach Rooke steered his crew to an unofficial time of 2 hours, and 17 minutes, covering 14.63 miles.
The GPS satellite track of his canoe is pictured above.
So cool no?
Our mighty wahine paddlers take on the always exciting Outrigger Canoe Club's Dad Center Race tomorrow, and it promises to be action-packed.
Let's all turn out en to support our ladies as they spread the Good News all day long.
One House!

"Naya"

If I only had thirty days to live, I would like to spend another weekend like this past one on Kauai with my wife and my New Hope Canoe Club Paddling Ohana.
