Bringing Home The Silver

Wearing their silver medals all the way home from Kona, NHCC paddlers Arlene Iwano and Melissa Hill who were invited to jump in with the Keaukaha Canoe Club's 50 Masters Women's Crew (w/water changes) in the 38th Annual Queen Lili'uokalani Canoe Race captured 2nd place in their division.

Fun under a blistering sun.

It's A Family Affair

NHCC Paddler Jennifer Gayle married Justin Moniz this past Sunday at Ko Olina. Both Jennifer and Justin's mums (Colleen Ballesteros Ono and Bernie Moniz) are long time NHCC paddlers too! Justin's sister Jiana (NHCC Na 'Opio paddler) served as one of Jennifer's bridesmaids.
