"Canoe Club News For All Of Yous"

The 2009 O'ahu Hawaiian Canoe Racing Association regatta season begins this Sunday, June 7th, at the Ke'ehi Lagoon Beach Park (Clement D. Pa’aina Regatta).

From dawn-2-dusk, canoe race day at Ke'ehi is like no other.

Come one, come all, and treat yourself, ohana, and friends to a sweet day of fun in the bright and beautiful Hawaiian sun. Memories to last a lifetime.

Best wishes to all of our New Hope Canoe Club racers, we'll be cheering for you from start to finsih!

Be a part of the fun at New Hope Oahu's annual "Spirit of Aloha" weekend Celebration at the University of Hawaii's Stan Sheriff Arena. Friday, June 5th... Free concert featuring award-winning Christian artist Tommy Walker and new artist Anne Gilbert. Doors open at 6:00PM / Concert begins at 7:00PM. Joining the concert will be New Hope's praise & worship band and dance teams, together with a 100+ member choir.Then Saturday and Sunday, hear an inspirational message from Pastor Wayne Cordeiro. Service times are Saturday, June 6 at 6:00 PM and Sunday June 7th at 8:00AM & 11:00AM. This year we will also be presenting awards in recognition of a few random acts of kindness performed by members of our community. The chosen recipients have displayed the true heart of serving the people of O'ahu.This is a weekend you won't want to miss! P.S.S. Aloha to Paddler's Inn in Kaunakakai, Moloka'i. We just heard that tomorrow is closing day. Besides the great food we've eaten at your restaurant over the years, you've warmly welcomed Na Wahine O Ke Kai and Moloka'i Hoe paddlers from around the world, offering each and every one a home away from home. Where will all of those great yesteryear paddling pics which now hang on the walls end up?
