"Nanakuli to New York"

Or, from "The Big Pineapple to the Big Apple"

As our paddlers prepare for this Sunday's Leeward Kai Father's Day Regatta, another group of our paddlers are also ready to start spreading the (good) news in the city that's so nice, they named it twice - New York, New York!

It's the first time we've entered this race, and we can't wait to hear how cool it was to paddle in the 2009 Liberty World Outrigger Competition on Saturday, June 27.
God Speed New Hope New York paddlers, and give our regards to Broadway!

Aloha Sara,
We're so excited and ecstatic too! If you're participating in the race please stop by and say hi at The Frying Pan. They've asked us to participate in the program. We'd love to meet other Kama'aina's like you!
